ABC provides affordable dormitory housing for full-time students who wish to live on campus. Priority is given to students coming from outside Addis Ababa. Please note that housing is not available for married couples.
Eligibility
- Students must take a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester to qualify for dormitory housing.
-
Seniors who have only a few credits left to complete before graduation may be granted exceptions, as determined by the Dean of Students.
Room Assignments
-
Room assignments are arranged by the Dean of Students in consultation with the Administration and Finance Head.
-
Once approved, students will receive room information from the Store Service Overseer.

Each room is provided with one blanket and one key. Roommates are responsible for coordinating key use.
Security and Responsibility

Students are strongly advised to lock their rooms when not present.

Cleanliness and Maintenance
-
Students are expected to keep their rooms clean and tidy.
-
Nails or fixtures should not be driven into the walls.
-
Residents are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in hallways and toilets, and for washing their own clothes. They may either clean themselves or hire a cleaner.
